Anton Paar: CARBO 2100    Analyzer CO2
The new Carbo 2100 online CO2 analyzer builds on the strengths of the first Anton Paar online analyzer by using its pressure and temperature method combined with the Impeller principle. The main improvements of the Carbo 2100 are prolonging the time between maintenance intervals and making it suitable for applications under aseptic conditions. Pneumatic valves are now used for opening and closing the measuring chamber, increasing the time between recommended service procedures considerably. These valves also ensure the system is free of any leakage, an essential requirement for aseptic applications.

Anton Paar presents the first inline CO2 transmitter for the continuous measurement and control of the CO2 content during production.
The new CarboIT stands out for short measuring cycles and reliable measurement, even under stop-and-go conditions. The CO2 concentration is shown on the display or available as a 4 - 20 mA analog signal or optional via Profibus. No separate evaluation unit is required. The CarboIT is mounted directly in the beer production line using a standard flange. The whole system is self-filling and self-emptying, suitable for aseptic applications and CIP compatible.
